Please note this a family-friendly eco-adventure experience - fun for the whole family!
Prepare for plenty of thrills and excitement as we paddle through some grade 1 & 2 rapids and get amongst the amazing natural paradise, we call home.
After receiving your 'confirmation' your trip will still show as confirmed, however your trip may still not go ahead due to the following:
* River Heights - too high or to low. We try to give as much information as soon as we know ourselves and sometimes won't know until the morning of your trip.
* There is a chance we will drive to the river and cancel the trip on arrival due to no electronic river gauge in the area. In this case you will get a 80% refund to cover so we can cover our costs. This is very rare!
* National Parks Closure - this is out of our control. They usually giving us 24 hours notice however also not limited to.
* Raft Guides - availability of guides. Raft Guides are seasonal workers and also hold down other full time employment.

Exodus Adventures is located in the heart of the historic township of Buccarumbi. You will unplug from technology as there is no mobile service - just you, the river, and wilderness.

When using Google Maps please ensure you use - 'Exodus Adventures, Old Glen Innes Road @Buccarumbi'.
Please refer to attached 'directions and map document' for our Exodus Adventures Base/Location. When on Old Glen Innes Road do not turn off - our Base and Exodus Property entrance is located on the right (coming from Grafton) near the Buccarumbi Bridge.
Please note that we do offer pickups/transfers (as an extra) however do not use these locations on Google Maps or any other map app as these locations are for pickups/transfers and not our Exodus Adventures Base/Location.
##WHAT TO BRING
* Closed in shoes - wetsuit booties / water shoes / or old sandshoes (these need to be lace up, zip or velcro - NO slip-on shoes)
* Long board shorts - quick dry pants or exercise pants to stop sunburn
* Cap or hat to wear under your safety helmet
* Sunscreen
* Set of dry clothes for when you get off the river
* Towel
##WE WILL PROVIDE
* Wetsuit - on request
* Cag (raincoat/spray jacket)
* Thermal top - on request
* PFD (life jacket)
* Helmet
* Sunscreen
* Food (full day tour only) / Refreshments on the river.
##IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* AGE: No minimum age limit. This tour is suitable for young children.
* GRADING: The rapids of the Nymboida River and Boyd River range from Grade 1 to Grade 2
* FITNESS: Health and fitness concerns should be discussed at time of booking.
* EQUIPMENT: All customers must wear a Personal Flotation Device (PFD or life jacket), helmet and enclosed shoes at all times while on the river.
* FACILITIES: Toilets and change rooms are available at the arrival and departure point on the Exodus Property. There are no toilet facilities available during the rafting tour.
* CATERING: Full day tour includes a continental breakfast prior to commencement, snacks/drinks during your tour, and a BBQ at the completion of your tour.
Half day tour includes snacks/drinks when on the river.
Please advice of any special dietary needs when making your booking.
* CONDITIONS: The operator reserves the right to cancel tours, without advanced notice, at their discretion when weather or river conditions dictate. All safety instructions from Exodus Adventures staff must be adhered to.

Our Cancellation Policy
We hold the right to cancel your trip due to any of the safety or environmental conditions listed above. If we cancel your trip, you can choose to change your dates or receive a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for compensating any of your accommodation or travel expenses due to a cancellation.
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
• More than 14 days before the trip: You will receive a 90% refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the trip: You will receive a 75% refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the trip: You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before tour commencement: You will receive a 10% refund.
• Failure to attend (no-show): You will receive a 0% refund.
