One hour fully-interactive pirate themed adventure that meets several common core standards including environmental safety, navigation, social studies, and local folklore.
Field trip rate includes passage for up to 49 people maximum (this count includes both children and chaperones.) We encourage at least 1 chaperone per 10 children. Pirate arm tattoos for all children are included
Souvenir Junior Pirate Pack Packages for field trips are $150. This includes a bandana, eye patch, and sword for all children that they get to keep and take home.
We require a $100 non refundable/non transferable deposit made with a valid credit card to be kept on file to make and hold a reservation, all reservations are final once we are within 7 days of sail time. Balance must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled departure. Tax exempt certificate must be on file prior to departure when applicable.
Bluefoot is a United States Coast Guard Inspected vessel with a full capacity of 49 passengers and is equipped with state-of-the-art safety devices and life vests.

## **⚓ VOYAGE PREPARATION**
To prepare your pirates for their excursion, please bring:
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Hat & sunglasses
**Glass containers and food are NOT allowed on board.**
Our adventure continues in **light rain**, so please dress accordingly.
Bottled water is available for **$3**, and **Bluefoot Pirate Swag** is available for purchase.
**Field Trip Pirate Pack:**
A *Souvenir Pirate Pack* (bandana, eye patch, sword) is available for **$300** for the entire group.

**No waiver, no boarding.**
Please verify your passenger count and ensure **all passengers — adults, children, and infants — have completed a waiver before boarding.** Any delays caused by missing waivers might **shorten your sailing time**, as the ship must return at the scheduled end time. **No waiver, no boarding — no exceptions.**
**Maximum capacity: 49 passengers** (all heads count).

Prepare for traffic and possible drawbridge delays. If you arrive late, you risk missing the trip or pre‑departure activities.

## **⏰ DEPARTURE POLICY**
The ship departs **on the hour** and will leave **promptly** at the scheduled time.
If your group’s delay causes a late departure, the boat will **still return at the scheduled end time**, resulting in a shorter trip.
Bluefoot Pirates are **not responsible for tardiness**.
There is **no canceling, refunding or rescheduling** if you miss your trip.
You can cancel or reschedule your trip up to 7 days before your sail time.

## **💰 PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY**
- **All reservations are final within 7 days of sail time.**
- Any remaining balance must be paid **two weeks before departure**. If full payment is not received when due, your adventure may be subject to cancelation without reimbursement.
- Tax‑exempt certificates must be submitted **before departure** when applicable. If your tax exemption has not been duly submited you may be subject to being taxed.
- The $100 deposit used to hold a date is **NON‑REFUNDABLE and NON‑TRANSFERABLE** if the trip is canceled by you.

## **🌧 WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY**
Bluefoot Pirate Adventures may cancel a trip for reasons including weather, low occupancy, maintenance, or other unforeseen events.
Trips are only canceled in advance for **named storms**, everything else is asesed bvy the Captain daily near sailtime. If it looks like rain, **please still arrive** — South Florida weather is unpredictable and changes quickly.
If the Captain determines conditions are unsafe to sail **and you are present at the dock**, you may receive a **full refund or reschedule**. If you are **not present** when the Captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you will **not** be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

### **ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SAIL TIME — NO EXCEPTIONS.**
Passengers who miss the boat and have not contacted Bluefoot prior to 7 days will be charged the full amount.

## **🛒 PARKING**
Self‑parking is available in the marina lot on the north side of the parking area.
Parking is **$5 per hour** (city‑operated; rates subject to change).
Bluefoot Pirates are not responsible for parking fees or tickets.

## **💸 TIPPING GUIDE**
Gratuities are not included but are customary and greatly appreciated.
Tips may be given to the crew or Captain.
Suggested gratuity: **20%**.

## **🍼 STROLLER POLICY**
- If the trip has **20 passengers or fewer**, strollers may be brought aboard.
- If **more than 20 passengers** are attending, strollers must remain on the dock due to limited space.

No cancellation or rescheduling 7 days before your reservation start time. If you do not cancel/reschedule your reservation before 7 days of your scheduled departure time you will be charged the full amount. Up to 7 days before your shceduled departure, you may be elegible for a partial refund or reschedule to another time.
