Thank you for choosing to celebrate Hungary's National Day with us. We are delighted to welcome you aboard for an unforgettable evening of exceptional dining, live entertainment, unlimited drinks, and Budapest's spectacular National Fireworks.
To ensure a smooth boarding experience on this highly busy national holiday, please review the critical information below:
📍 **BOARDING LOCATION & TIMING**
* **Dock:** **Akadémia 3 Dock** (Pest side, lower embankment, between the Parliament and the Chain Bridge). Look for the **River Diva** vessel.
* **Arrival:** Please arrive at least **30 minutes before** your scheduled departure time.
* **Strict Departure:** Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed boarding once access to the dock is restricted for the event. The boat cannot wait for latecomers, and tickets are strictly non-refundable if you miss the departure.
🚧 **⚠️ CRITICAL AUGUST 20 TRAFFIC WARNING**
Due to the national holiday and the evening fireworks, expect **massive crowds and major road closures** in the city center:
* The lower embankment road is **closed to car traffic**. Taxis (Bolt, Főtaxi) cannot drive down to the dock level.
* You will need to be dropped off on the upper streets (e.g., Széchenyi István tér or Kossuth Lajos tér) and walk down the stairs to the lower riverside promenade.
* Please plan your journey carefully and allow significantly more travel time than usual. We recommend using the **BudapestGO app** for live public transport updates.
🪑 **SEATING ARRANGEMENTS**
* **Group Bookings:** To ensure your group is seated together, please make your reservation under a single booking whenever possible. Reservations made separately cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating, even if they are made under the same name.
* **Shared Tables:** Please note that seating is arranged to accommodate all guests efficiently. Depending on the table layout and group sizes, you may be seated at a shared table with other guests.
* **Multiple Reservations:** If you have separate reservations that you would like us to try to seat together, please contact us in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed.
🍽️ **SPECIAL REQUESTS & ONBOARD RULES**
* **Dietary Needs:** If you have any dietary requirements or accessibility needs, please let us know before your visit so we can assist you where possible.
* **Tickets:** Please download or screenshot your QR code ticket before arriving, as mobile networks can be overloaded by the crowds on the riverbank.
* **Cashless Bar:** Please note that any additional onboard purchases (outside of your included package) can only be paid by bank card (American Express is not accepted).

* 🔄 **Cancellations & Modifications:** You may cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.
* 🚫 **Within 24 Hours:** No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted within 24 hours of the departure time.
* ⏰ **Late Arrivals:** The vessel will depart exactly on time and cannot wait for latecomers. Due to massive city-wide road closures on August 20th, please allow significant extra travel time. No refunds will be provided if you miss the departure due to traffic or crowds.
