About
Enjoy the backwoods of Southern Maine. These small ponds are a ton of fun to fish; a place where there are more animals than people! Here we'll have the chance to see critters of all kinds: beavers, blue herons, eagles, hawks, turtles, muskrats. we'll fish for brook trout, rainbow trout, bass, pickerel, perch and black crappies.
This is a great excursion for kids.

From (ice) fishing on a remote, picturesque pond to nature walks to learn about local flora and fauna, join us for an invigorating day in the great outdoors. - All equipment and bait is provided.
- Beverages are provided by Jake as well (hot cocoa or coffee in winter, etc).
- Parents absolutely need to be present for all children’s activities. Jake has experience teaching and curating excursions for ages 4+.
- Guests are strongly advised to wear waterproof clothing and boots and bring a hat, scarf and mittens for any winter excursions.
- White Barn Inn will provide blankets and hand warmers for each guest for winter excursions
