Important Information
All guests under 17 age MUST have a Texas Fishing Permit /Day pass required by the Coast Guard and Texas wildlife.
A liability waiver Must be filled out by each passenger and Child. All kids under 14 will be required to wear our life jacket. NO DOGS allowed
We are not responsible for any cuts or fishing hooks mishandled by Customers.
No leaving the boat, climbing out of the boat and not listening to the Captain Instructions.
All kids under 14 are required by the Coast Guard to have life jackets worn. We provide them for the ride but you MUST fill out waivers so we know the ages of the kids.

WE do not take any responsibility for handicap guests who choose to board. We can have a wheelchair but no ramp for entering the boat from the dock.
