Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price or lose their deposit.
Customers may choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, with 48hrs notice. Any further rebooking requests (more than 1) may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.

If Foil Time Sydney determines that the conditions and/or forecast at Botany Bay at the scheduled time of the lesson are unsafe and/or detrimental to the activity, a rescheduled booking time or a transferable credit will be provided at no charge. Local conditions for the session are to be assessed and determined by Foil Time Sydney staff at the scheduled time of the session.
