- My Name is Captain Charles Arnell. I am a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Merchant Mariner Boat Captain. I am passionate about all things on, under, and above the water. To this end I am also a surfer, Dive Master, Rescue Diver, And a FAA licensed Sea Plane pilot!
- All of my life I have lived and loved an active water lifestyle. Since moving to Oregon in 1990 I have lived along the banks of the Willamette River. Recently, I have moved even closer and I live in one of Oregon's unique and historic floating homes!
- I love to share this beautiful river with all of my guests. I have vast river knowledge and navigation experience. I have a very personal connection and a true passion for the Willamette River!
