Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ No Refund Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable at the time of transaction. There may be delays in your scheduled departure if more time is needed for safety protocols with previous departures or due to weather conditions. If weather conditions prevent the activity from operating, you will receive a non-expiring voucher to reschedule. Vouchers are non-transferable. Miami Watersports has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, equipment failure, or change of mind.

Health Conditions/Pregnancy:
Participants must be physically fit for our "extreme" activities. Conditions like broken bones, back/knee issues, heart problems, and other medical concerns should be considered. Consult a doctor if unsure. Pregnant individuals over 2 months cannot participate. Injuries during activities must be reported to staff immediately for assistance.
