We recommend arriving AT LEAST 25 minutes before your departure time. Everyone needs a signed waiver before departing.

Cancellations
All ticket sales are final unless trip insurance is purchased. Trip insurance allows you to rebook to a different time or receive a 100% value credit to use at a later date. Trip insurance valid until 60 minutes prior to your original trip time. Trips canceled due to weather will result in guests having the option to rebook or receive a refund.

###In Preparation of Your Trip
All guests are required to fill out a waiver that is attached to your confirmation email before arrival.
###Our Address
We operate from Bahia Mar Resort & Marina at 801 Seabreeze Boulevard. Our vessel is located on C - Dock, about 300 feet west of Marina Village. We have a Blue ticketing booth where you will check in for your trip.
###Parking
Paid parking is available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina, Valet Parking at Marina Village, and across the street in the Fort Lauderdale municipal parking lot. We also encourage using rideshare services if you are coming during peak times.
###Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of your departure time to check in.
###Once You Arrive
After you’re parked, head to C - Dock. Look for our distinctive red, white, and blue speed boat and blue ticketing booth. Our team will get you checked in and ready to board for your trip!
