Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation 5 days prior to your scheduled departure. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given for any other reason. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Purchasing trip insurance will allow you to cancel your charter for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a full refund. To purchase trip insurance, simply choose it from the drop-down menu. Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason outside our cancellation policy.

Just give us a call to discuss a new date/time of the change request. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
