Please review the following important information before your arrival:
**⏰ Arrival Time**
* Please arrive **30 minutes prior** to your scheduled reservation time.
* Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund.
**📱 Check-in & Waiver**
* All participants must bring a **cell phone** to complete the **digital waiver form**.
* A **valid photo ID** is required for all riders.
* A **check-in photo** will be taken for security purposes.
**👕 What to Bring**
* Swimsuit or comfortable beachwear
* Towel
* Sunscreen
* Credit card (for incidentals or add-ons)

* Located at **Balneario La Monserrate, Luquillo, PR**.
* Follow signs for Hydroventure check-in.

**⏳ 96-Hour Cancellation Requirement**
* All cancellations must be made **at least 96 hours prior** to your scheduled activity.
* Approved cancellations will receive a **non-refundable gift card only** (no cash refunds).
**🚫 Late Cancellations & No-Shows**
* Cancellations made **within 96 hours** are **100% non-refundable**.
* **No-shows will be charged in full** with **no credit, no reschedule, and no exceptions**.
**📞 How to Cancel**
* All cancellation requests **must be made by phone**.
* Messages, emails, or third-party requests are **not guaranteed to be accepted**.
**⏰ Arrival Policy (Strict)**
* You must arrive **at least 30 minutes before** your scheduled time.
* Late arrivals will have **time reduced** or may be **canceled without refund**, depending on availability.
**🌊 Operator Cancellation**
* If canceled by HydroVenture due to **weather or safety conditions**, you will receive a **credit only** (no refunds).
