Itinerary
- Check In & Safety talk: Arrive to Villa Marina, Fajardo Puerto Rico.
- Cruise Along the East Coast of Puerto Rico. From this point we will have a different perspective of the Las Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse and Las Croabas.
- Destination Options:
- **Icacos and Palomino Island Option:** Approximate navigation time 15 minutes. First Guided Snorkeling Stop and Beach Time. Enjoy time on the beach or use our floating mat while we prepare snacks and drinks. Second Guided Snorkeling Stop or take a relax time at Palomino Island. And of course we have more food & drinks for you.
- **Piñero Island Option:** Approximate navigation time 25 minutes. First Guided Snorkeling Stop at beautiful coral reef. Explore and enjoy a color full coral reef color and amazing marine life. Second Stop at Piñero Island: a relax time. Take time and relax while enjoying the impressive view of the Piñero Island while enjoy more food & drinks.

You do not have to be an experienced snorkeler to enjoy the charter.
Our crew can help beginners become comfortable with the equipment and water.
Snorkeling participation is optional. Guests who prefer not to snorkel can still enjoy swimming, floating, relaxing aboard Manta, or spending time near the beach when conditions allow.
Marine-life sightings are always a natural experience and **cannot be guaranteed**.

Cancellation Policy
By booking with Pirate Snorkeling Shack, you agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.
### Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least **48 hours before the scheduled departure** are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, reservations booked within 48 hours of the activity, late arrivals, and no-shows are **non-refundable**.
Because this is a private charter reserved exclusively for your group, your reservation prevents us from accepting another booking for that time.
### Rescheduling
Need to change your date? Please contact us at least **48 hours before departure**.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable change fees. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
### Late Arrivals
Please arrive at the scheduled check-in time.
Your charter operates within a reserved time window, so late arrival will reduce your time on the water. The scheduled return time cannot be extended, and no refund or credit is provided for time lost because of late arrival.
This policy also applies to guests arriving from cruise ships or other scheduled transportation.
### Weather & Marine Conditions
Your safety comes first.
Pirate Snorkeling Shack makes the final determination regarding weather and marine conditions. If we determine that conditions are unsafe and cancel the charter, you may choose to:
• Reschedule for another available date
• Apply your payment toward another available experience
• Receive a full refund
Please do not assume your charter is canceled because of rain, clouds, wind, or a weather forecast. Conditions can vary significantly throughout Puerto Rico.

### Route & Destination Changes
Weather or sea conditions may require the captain to modify the route, snorkeling location, or destination.
A change of destination or itinerary made for safety reasons **does not constitute a cancellation** and is not grounds for a refund.
### Final Note
Our private charters are intentionally limited to one group at a time. Once your reservation is confirmed, that time is held exclusively for you.
Thank you for understanding our policy and helping us provide a safe, reliable, and personalized experience for every guest.
