Cancellation Policy
The Customer will receive a full refund or credit where at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided.
(g) A full refund or credit will also be provided in the event of cancellation by the Company due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
(h) All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. If the Customer does not receive a response from the Company within a reasonable timeframe, the Customer must contact the Company by phone to confirm receipt of the cancellation request.
(i) No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
