Fitness Requirements
You will paddle moderately for two miles, seated at a 90-degree angle with your legs forward. You should be reasonably fit and agile (with upper body strength) to get in and out of the kayak.

What You Need to Bring
You will get wet! We recommend wearing comfortable, quick-drying clothing, water shoes, or sandals (**required**) that you are willing to get wet. A change of clothing for after the tour is optional.
Restrictions
This adventure is not permitted for pregnant women, anyone wearing a cast, or guests suffering from heart conditions, neck or back problems, epilepsy, or dizziness. Participants must be a minimum of 6 years old to participate.
The maximum weight limit is 225 lbs (102kg) per person. **Please remember that it's your responsibility to notify us ahead of time with any concerns about your health or physical condition for the adventure.**
