Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, after 24 hours, the deposit is non refundable.
100% of the fees will be retained if the client cancels within 30 days prior to arrival.
If emergency cancellations or extenuating circumstances prevail, refunds or credits will be on a case by case basis.

Important Information
Yellow Dog Lodge STRONGLY recommends that you obtain trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance as well as emergency medical insurance, including evacuation by snowmobile or aircraft. If you choose not to purchase trip cancellation/trip interruption and/or medical insurance, be advised that Yellow Dog Lodge, Inc. will not reimburse any cost incurred including evacuation by land, sea or air, in the event of an emergency and/or cancellation of any kind including costs related to changes in your original itinerary.
