We’re stoked to get you in the water!
**Here’s what you need to know:**
**Location:** Lessons take place at Hathaway Avenue Beach in Deal, NJ. Look for our North Beach Surf tent near the beach entrance.
**Arrival:** Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get set up.
**What to bring:** Towel, water, sunscreen, and a positive attitude! We provide surfboards and rashguards.
**Waiver:** Make sure to complete the digital waiver linked in your confirmation email before your lesson.
**Weather/Ocean Conditions:** We monitor conditions closely. If we need to reschedule due to poor surf conditions or storms, we’ll contact you ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy
#North Beach Surf – Group Lesson Cancellation Policy 🌊#
We know that things come up — here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling for private lessons:
**☁️ Weather-Related Cancellations:**
Surf lessons run in most conditions, including light rain, but if the ocean is unsafe or storms are expected, we’ll reach out as early as possible to reschedule your session. No charge will be made for weather-related cancellations.
**❌ Cancellations for Personal Reasons:**
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time slot to another surfer. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.
**💬 Communication is key!**
If something comes up or you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to work with you.
