We kindly ask you to be punctual, as other guests may be waiting to be picked up or to meet us at the beach. We always do our best to arrive on time; however, the instructor may occasionally be 5–10 minutes late due to traffic or previous pick-ups.
You will receive your pick-up details via WhatsApp, email, or SMS the evening before your lesson. Please make sure to provide a valid contact number when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the activity starts. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or if you have any questions regarding cancellation and refund options. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
