* The group will convene at the pavilion.
We will provide copies of adult and minor waivers, which are to be signed before the paddle ensues.

Cancellation Policy
**Paddle Cancellation Policy:**
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made after the required notice window will be considered a "Late Cancellation." Late cancellations will not receive a refund
No-Show Policy:
If a participant does not notify Greenwell of their cancellation and they do not show up for the reservation, they will not receive a refund.
**Paddle Weather Cancellation Policy:**
The following weather events will result in a cancellation:
* The combined water and air temperature is below 120 degrees
* Thunderstorms
* Extreme weather events (hurricanes, tornadoes, heavy precipitation)
Depending on the instructor's comfortability, they have the right to cancel if wind exceeds 8 knots, or temperatures are above 99 degrees. Additionally, we have a **two paddler minimum**, resulting in the cancellation of a paddle with less than two registered paddlers.
