##What to Bring:
- Synthetic clothing is best on the water, as cotton garments will not dry when wet.
- For example: Leggings, running shorts/pants, swim shorts/swimsuits, sports bras, long/short sleeve running shirts
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen and sun protective clothing

##What's Provided:
- Insulated booties
- Splash gear (waterproof clothing worn over regular clothes)
- Wetsuits (waterproof, insulated clothing) (Only upon request after July 1st)

We suggest arriving ten minutes early to your scheduled booking time. To create an efficient launch environment we allow a ten minute window for late arrivals. After this window we do proceed with our launch. There is NO cell service at the meeting point. If you are concerned about being late please call the day before as our guides are out of cell range 2 hours prior to booking time.

Tips are not included in the base price of our trips. Our guides appreciate any tips received and we are excited for your visit!
