-Departure is at Pine Harbour Marina in Beachlands, Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time for safety briefing as the boat will not wait past the departure time if you are running at all behind please call to let us know 0272854464
-Parking is usually available in the public area by ferry car parking which is located to the left as you arrive at the Marina (parking is no charge).
-Then a walk down to E pier which is in the middle of all the rows we are right down the end E76 {if you need more information please give Kylee a call 0272854464} board our vessel and meet your skipper.
-All gear and bait will be provided on board however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer (this does not alter the pricing). We don’t use a main fish bin so please have your own chilly bin with you on board along with some salt ice to keep your catch fresh.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable in any situation. If Reel Tuff cancels for any reason, such as weather, mechanical issues or illness, your credit will be held for up to 365 days and we will work with you to find a suitable date to reschedule your trip.
Refunds will also not be issued in the event of a charter being cut short due to the actions of customers including: customers becoming intoxicated and disruptive; sea sickness or failure to comply with crew instructions.
Customer's may postpone or transfer a charter by up to 365 days from the original charter booking date if a minimum of 7 days notice is provided in writing to Reel Tuff Sport Fishing. Any payments will be transferred with the booking.
To ensure the safety of our passengers, Reel Tuff Sport Fishing reserves the right to postpone any charter at any time in the lead-up to a trip taking place, due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseeable events preventing a trip taking place. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date to reschedule the charter to.
