Hi,
Thank you for booking with Manly Sailing. This email is to confirm we’ve received your booking and we look forward to welcoming you for a memorable time out on the water.
Please note, this experiences requires a minimum of six participants to go ahead. If we do not reach the minimum number for your session, your booking may be subject to change. If that happens, we’ll get in touch with you in advance to discuss your options.
There is also lots of key information noted below such as start time, meeting point, waivers that need to be completed in advance and advice on what to wear/bring with you.

**Scheduling:** Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time so we can get out on the boat as soon as possible. If you are planning on driving please arrive a bit earlier and note all of Manly is 2 hour parking, however there are a couple council carparks near Manly Wharf (about a 10 minute walk away)
**Waiver**: Each participant will be required to complete a waiver before participating in a course/experience. This can be done [online] (https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5e54452663392/web/) or at the office.
**Location:** Sessions will start from Manly Sailing: Ground Floor, Manly Yacht Club, East Esplanade, Manly NSW 2095. Located on the wharf level underneath Manly Yacht Club. When in Manly, facing the Manly Ferry Wharf, turn left and follow the path around past East Esplanade beach until it ends. A short 10 minute walk.
**Parking**: Parking is difficult in Manly and limited to two hours. We recommend you park in one of the council car parks where you will get two hours free and pay for additional hours thereafter or park a little further away in Little Manly where parking for longer periods is permitted.
**Food/water**: There is a limited bar on board with drinks available for purchase. Water is available free of charge.
**Footwear:** Southwinds has a no hard soled shoe policy. Wear soft non marking soled shoes or you can choose to go barefoot.
**Hat**: A secure hat that can be tied on is recommended.
**Clothing:** it can be chillier on the water then on land, especially when the sun goes down. Please keep in mind and consider bringing an extra layer of clothing.
**PFD (Personal Floatation Device)** – we have life jackets for all participants. Young children must wear, adults can choose to wear if desired.
**Sun cream**: Participants should bring and use sun cream, preferably Zinc or at least factor 30+.
**Baggage**: There is room to store small bags on board. Please no large items of luggage.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking by phone or email, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the session start time.
