Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation more than 5 days prior to departure, will receive a full refund minus a service charge equal to 5% of the total payment. First Nature, LLC will make no refunds for customer cancellations made fewer than 5 days before departure or subsequent to travel commencement. Other cancellation fees or refunds for customer cancellation are at the discretion of the hotels, tour operators, rental car agencies and other Service Providers with which customer has reserved travel and tour-related services.
