Terms and Conditions:
We aim to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund policy outlined below.

Refund Requests:
Should you need to cancel your booking, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled fishing experience.
Refund requests made within this timeframe will be processed promptly, all transactions are handled by Fareharbor please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Amendments Fee:
A nominal administration fee of $10 will be applied to all rebooked transactions. This fee covers the processing costs associated with the amendments.

No-Show Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, guests who do not attend their timeslot without prior notice will be charged the full ticketed price. This policy ensures fairness to all our guests and allows us to manage our resources effectively.

Operator Cancellations:
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. In the rare event that we must cancel the fishing due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit towards a future booking.
To inquire about cancellations or rescheduling due to such events, please contact our team by phone. We are committed to providing timely updates and assistance.

In the event of such a cancellation, affected guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a mutually convenient time.
