On this tour you will leave the historic tradition of Rome for some modern fun in the largest waterpark in Lazio!
Duration
6 hours
About
Located a short distance outside of Rome the waterpark of Hydromania has been operating since 1995 delighting kids and adults alike. The park covers a vast area of 9 square kilometres surrounded by the greenery of the Italian countryside making it the ideal spot for a long sunny afternoon full of unforgettable memories.
The tour will start with your guide picking you up at the location of your choosing and starting the short drive (usually 30-40 mins) to the waterpark. Upon arrival we will skip the line and go straight into the park. Once inside there are secure lockers where valuables can be stored and bracelets are available which can be topped up with cash to avoid carrying money on your person. We will then move over to your reserved sunbeds and umbrella that will be your homebase as you enjoy the park. All of the sunbeds have been set up so as to conform to the new rules of social distancing.
Your guide will then give you an overview of the park, highlighting what not to miss and where everything important is, before leaving you to your enjoyment. But be assured, your guide will always be close at hand if you need anything during your visit.
The park has a multitude of different activities and areas to relax in a perfect blend of fun, music and relaxation, with thrilling water slides for the more adventurous and calm pools for those with a more mellow temperament. There are, in fact, 7 different pools inside the complex ranging from the Laguna Bimbi for the little ones to play in to the Semi Olympic size pool for the grown-ups, and even a Wave Pool for those in-between. All of these pools are manned by multiple lifeguards making sure that everyone is having fun safely at all times.
Hydromania is also home to a variety of waterslides appropriate for all ages with six different options for adults and daring children, and two more specifically dedicated to smaller children.
There is no shortage of food and drinks either with the waterpark boasting two restaurants, multiple bars and even a pizzeria on the site with very reasonable prices. There are slides for races, slides with donuts, slides for two people, as well as games for kids, an artificial beach, a stage for live performances and even a waterslide completely in the dark to make sure that there is always more fun for you to discover.
As your day at the waterpark comes to an end we will take you back to one of the many showers and changing rooms to get ready for our return to the city. Once everything is retrieved from the lockers our driver will be waiting to take us straight back to your hotel for some well deserved rest.
