##Confirmation
- We would like to confirm your reservation for our Half Day Icacos Snorkeling Beach tour on the Tobias. It is a pleasure to serve you, and our goal is to make your vacation one to remember. Please review it carefully before your excursion.
##Excursion Details:
- Tour Length: 4 hours
- A maximum of 40 passengers aboard.
- Tour is required a minimum of passengers to operate.
- Our tour will include one beach stop and one reef stop
- Boat crew, Snorkeling equipment & floatation devices.
- Deli style buffet lunch: Local bread, bean salad, ham, turkey, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
- Snacks: Fruits and cookies.
- Soft Drinks: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale and water.
- Complimentary rum drinks: Rum punch, Rum Cola and Pina Colada
- Note: Other premium alcoholic beverages available at the bar. (Credit card only)
- Our company is an advocate for the "Bring Your Own Cup" Campaign. This is aimed at reducing the number of single-use (disposable) cups sent to landfills. Please help us help the planet by bringing your own cup or tumbler. (All drinks will be served at a measurement of 10 oz.). If the customers do not bring their own cup we will have a reusable cup for you. Second cup will be sold for $2.00 dollars each.

##Check-In
- Check-in will be at Villa Marina Yacht Harbor.
- Check in time for morning tour is at 7:00 am to 7:45 am
- Check in time for afternoon tour is at 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
- We have street parking available.
- We have a shuttle bus taking passengers inside the marina were the vessel is located. Last trip of the bus is 15 minutes before departure; Please arrive on time for check-in. This service is mandatory to be able board the boat. If customer does not arrive on time they will be considered as no show.
- Please sign the waiver found in this email before arriving to check-in. For security you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for the booking and a matching valid picture ID.

##Restrictions
- Age: 4+ years old to be aboard. Minor who do not comply will not be boarded on the boat. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- In the event of unfavorable weather and/or sea conditions, the following may be affected:
a. Availability: Tour may be canceled
b. Tour Length: Tour may be cut short
c. Island: Visited island may change due to weather and/or sea conditions
Snorkeling: May be cut short or canceled due to weather and/or sea conditions
- Expecting mothers are not allowed to participate in this activity.
- Vessels are not handicap accessible.
- Any health condition or recent surgery must be notified upon booking.
##Attire & Essentials:
- Required: Sunscreen lotion (Spray is not allowed)
- Bathing suit
- Towel
- Hat & Sunglases
- All passengers will be barefoot aboard our boat
- Bring a change of dry clothing for after the tours.
##Transportation is Available##
- Round trip transportation is $40.00 per person from most locations in Metro San Juan hotels in Puerto Rico’s northeast coast (Hyatt Coco Beach max 6 passengers and Rio Mar). To add the pick-up service call us at least 48hrs in advance to make proper arrangements.
- No food and beverage consumption allowed on the vehicle.
- Please Note: If you are using our transportation service, a cleaning fee of $50 will be applied to your reservation in the event that a passenger vomits or spills beverages such as soda or coffee on the vehicle.
##Cancellation Policy
• Customers will not receive a refund for cancellation or changes to their purchase within 48 hours of the tour/activity. Any cancelation made after the cancellation period are final and non-refundable.
• Same day cancellations are considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
• Check-in time 45 min before the tour. If passenger does not arrive on time before the check in time NO refund will be awarded to passenger.
• The passengers who does not complete check-in process are not allowed to join the tour even if they arrive thru a water taxi on the island.
• Passengers who are hungover or who are not in conditions to board the boat, the captain will be in his right to deny the passenger to board the boat. No money will be refunded to the client.
• Clients that don’t meet the proper requirements won’t be allowed to participate and the money will be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

##Customers that canceled their tour directly with the company with 48 hours of notice prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
• Service fee is non-refundable on partial refunds.
• Same day cancellations are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
• Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
