Cancellation Policy
STANDARD TOUR CANCELLATIONS
You'll have up to 48 hours before your excursion date. (Till 11:59pm of the day before the date of your reservation date)
After that time, All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE upon confirmation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the guest for any reason, including but not limited to: travel delays, illness, weather concerns (unless cancelled by us), or changes in personal plans.
In the rare event that the service provider must cancel a tour due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or failure to meet minimum participation, guests will be offered:
A full refund, OR
A rescheduled date, subject to availability.
WEATHER & SAFETY REROUTING POLICY
Tours operate rain or shine. Light rain or overcast conditions are not grounds for cancellation.
The Captain and Management reserve the sole right to modify, reroute, or cancel any tour based on real-time safety assessments.
If conditions prevent travel to the primary destination (e.g., Culebra), the tour will be rerouted to a comparable alternative location (e.g., Vieques or protected bays).
No refunds or discounts are provided for rerouted tours, as the quality, duration, and inclusions of the experience are maintained.
NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated check-in location by the required time will be considered no-shows.
No-shows forfeit their entire payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, travel delays, illness, or other interruptions.
LEGAL & JURISDICTIONAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a booking, the guest agrees:
To the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
That any dispute shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
To exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
To waive any right to a jury trial, opting instead for binding arbitration in Puerto Rico.
