PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR TIME. **YOU MUST BE CHECKED IN AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME FOR THE CAPTAIN’S SAFETY BRIEFING OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRIP AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN**

We will provide paddle boards, floats, water toys, refreshments and light snacks to keep you satisfied while you soak it all up. You may bring your own food and beverages, however glass and hard liquor is not allowed on the boat, adult canned beverages are allowed.
If the crew gives you an exceptional experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
• For full refund, 24 hours notice prior to excursion is required, **unless Trip Protection was purchased. Please contact Morada Mermaid directly.**
• Please note that we have a minimum of 8 passengers required to run our excursions. If we do not have the minimum, we can reschedule your excursion for a different night or will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding!
• PRIVATE CHARTERS: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. cancellations with less than 7 days notice will receive credit for future booking.
