Join Coastal Cruises’ on our brand new 45ft Custom Catamaran for an evening like no other! A scenic trip out the Intracoastal and along Shell Key Preserve provides us ample opportunities for dolphin sightings. Once stopped at Outback Key, feel free to take your drinks ashore, search for that perfect shell, and watch the Sun kiss the horizon over the Gulf of Mexico. On our return trip, we’ll stop by the Skyway Bridge for the $15M light show! Truly a must-see!
As safety is our number one priority, the dusk return trip will be aided by state of art Thermal and Night Vision Cameras, GPS Navigation. Our Custom Boat is the only one in the area that is equipped properly to safely provide you with such a unique experience!

# 🔔 Next Steps – Read This for a Smooth Boarding Experience
Make sure you're prepared so you can relax and enjoy your trip! Everything you need to know is below:
## ✍️ Digital Waivers - Required for Boarding
- All guests must complete a digital waiver before boarding.
- The reservation holder (that's you!) will receive the waiver link in a separate email from our Waiver Provider - the Subject Line will read *"Coastal Cruises Waiver - Must Sign"* (check your Spam / Junk folder)
- Please forward the waiver link to everyone in your group to ensure it's completed in advance - they will not receive the link without you sending it to them.
- No need to print — waivers are 100% digital and mobile-friendly.
##🚨 IMPORTANT: Arrival & Check-In
**Please plan to arrive early to allow enough time for parking, check-in, and boarding.**
**⏰ Check-in closes 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.**
• We recommend arriving **20–30 minutes early**, especially on weekends and holidays when parking may take longer.
• Groups of 6 or more should plan to arrive **30 minutes early** to help ensure they can be seated together.
• Our boat departs promptly at the scheduled time, so arriving early helps us get everyone checked in and boarded without delays.

- Free parking is available on-site at MarineMax St. Pete - Just be sure not to parking in designated trailer parking.
- Be sure to allow extra time during weekends or holidays as the lot can fill up quickly.
- Refer to the Parking Guide attached in your confirmation email for exact directions, drop-off instructions, and overflow parking options.

Gratuity is not included in your ticket. In the boat tour industry, it's customary to tip your crew (just like a server or guide).

Cancellation Policy
**Customer Cancellation & Refund Policy**
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
*FL Resident Tickets*
As per the Resident Acknowledgment checked at the time of booking, Florida Resident Tickets are non-refundable. A full-value Coastal Cruises gift card will be provided with 48 hours’ notice prior to departure or in the event of a crew cancellation due to weather or other factors outlined in our cancellation policy.
**Weather Cancellation Policy**
Coastal Cruises will always prioritize guest safety. If we must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever they prefer.
**Public Charter Minimum Passenger Policy**
All public cruises require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If a trip does not meet the minimum, we will contact guests in advance to reschedule or issue a full refund based on ticket type.
