- 8 passengers included in ticket price, additional cost for each additional passenger.
- Pontoon boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
- Pontoon boats can hold a maximum of 16 passengers.
- Upper deck of Pontoon is used for storage.

PLEASE NOTE OUR PICKUP LOCATION: Heron Harbor, 314 Harbor Blvd, Destin FL 32541. Please note that there is a charge to park in this parking lot. Look for our kiosk with Destin Pontoon charters on it at the docks. Give us a call at 850-517-6011 if you have any trouble finding us.

It is customary to tip 15-20% for your crew. Gratuity is not included in the price of your charter unless you have pre-selected it in your booking or have an 8 hour charter.
Your charter includes our equipment which includes, paddle boards, a lily pad, and floats for use during your trip. We have a blow-up slide on the boat for the kids as well.
Feel free to bring any food/drinks/snacks that you would like to have on the boat. We provide a cooler with ice and water bottles also. Don't forget towels, sunscreen, etc.
If you paid with a deposit, the remainder will be due 48 hours before the charter. The card on file will be automatically charged unless you give us a call to change it or pay through the confirmation email.

Our cancellation policy is one week (7 days) prior to your charter you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. Once the one week (7 day) window has passed, there is no refund and the full amount will be due. As for bad weather, our captain will make the call, if necessary, to cancel and we will issue a full refund IF we cancel the charter due to the weather. The customer cannot cancel the charter….the cancellation MUST come from our captain. We try not to cancel a charter too soon as the weather can change by the minute here in Destin.
