**What to Know**
- Ages 18+ to operate
- Drivers/Operators born on/after January 1st 1988 MUST have a Valid Florida Boaters License (can obtain this license online through our website).
- Valid government-issued photo ID required for verification
- Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted to ride
- Up to two riders
- Passengers ride free
- $200 deposit required per jet car rental

Customers who wish to cancel will receive a full refund only when the customer provides 24 hours or more notice PRIOR to the booking. Customers who provide less than 24 hours of cancellation notice will receive one year credit.
Customers will receive a one year credit in case of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prior to the beginning of the scheduled rental. All sales are final.

Booking Notes

Florida legislation requires that all recreational boat operators, born on or after January 1st of 1988, have a Boater Safety Education ID Card, commonly known as a "Florida boating license." Taking a boating safety course should not be a matter of being compliant with the state’s requirements, but it should a demonstration of responsibility and good interest to other boat users.
