Enjoy a guided jet ski tour from Downtown West Palm Beach and along the beautiful Island of Palm Beach as we head toward Peanut Island and the Palm Beach inlet where we may see a variety of sea life including dolphins, turtles, manatees, birds, and fish before heading out to the ocean *(time, weather & water conditions permitting)*.
Our guide will lead the group to a large zone where riders will be able to enjoy the freedom of riding at their desired speed and direction as long as they stay inside of the boundaries. Our monitors will ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, making your overall excursion memorable, and worth reliving.

- Valid ID for ea. person participating in rental
- Credit Card for $500 deposit per Jet Ski & the Credit Card name must match your ID
- Boater Safety Course (If born after 01/01/1988 this is required - see below for test link)
- Waterproof Cell Phone Dry Bag to protect cell phone
- Each person riding on the jet ski needs to complete a liability waiver before checking in (located in this confirmation email)
- Dress to get wet! Sunscreen is suggested (please apply before hand!)
- Gratuity for your friendly Jet Ski Crew!

- ***MUST*** arrive 30 mins. prior to your rental time (If late you will not be able to get a refund or reschedule your rental - allow extra time for parking)
##Damage deposit
$500 damage deposit per Jet Ski must be paid upon arrival. This security deposit is refundable as long as there is NO damage on the Jet Ski when it is returned. It can be payed in cash or credit card. You are also authorizing additional charges for damages above $500. The credit card must match the booking reservation name at the time of check in. A credit card vs. a debit card is recommended as the authorization on a debit card could possibly take longer to reflect on your bank statement.
##PWC Boater Safety Test Information (If born on or after January 1, 1988 a Boater Safety Course must be completed)

**More Important Information**
- Must be 5+ years old to ride a jet ski
- Life Jackets are provided and must be worn during your jet ski rental
- An in water guide/monitor will be with you during your rental to assure safety & that boating laws are being followed while on the water.
- Jet Skis may not be beached on Peanut Island at any given time
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on the Jet Ski.
- A VPB Crew member will let you know at check in where you can ride based on conditions (tide, current, weather etc.)
- Our facility does not offer lockers, we do have some general storage space for guest belongings, however it will not be locked and our management will not be responsible for any lost; stolen or damaged items. No personal items will be allowed to be carried on any of Visit Palm Beaches Jet Skis apart from cell phones, ID & Boater Safety Lic. We recommend coming with the bare minimum.
- Waterproof Cell Phone Dry Bags can be purchased at check in for $10.00 ea. Please make note that these bags are advertised as waterproof. However, Visit Palm Beach is not responsible for any lost or damaged phones during your jet ski rental no matter if your cell phone had a waterproof case or not. Phones are optional to bring.
Cancellation Policy
**VISIT PALM BEACH REQUIRES all Jet Ski cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time** to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. GROUPS MORE THAN FOUR (4) MUST GIVE 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE. GROUPS MORE THAN TEN (10) MUST GIVE 7 DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE. **RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
**Guests must arrive 30 mins prior to Jet Ski rental time to avoid cancellation of reservation. If you are late to your rental check in time you will not be refunded or have the ability to reschedule - no exceptions!**

**Weather Policy**
Weather- we do not go out in dangerous conditions ie: Thunder, lightening, high winds, etc. We try to wait until close to the rental to make the call since weather moves so quickly in S. Fl. If there is just a light rain, your rental will still go out. If it does not look like it will let up we will have to cancel. In that case you would have the option of a refund or reschedule.
