Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by operators due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to make a cancellation or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged at full rate.
