Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the shuttle pick-up time or tour meet-up time by replying to the email confirmation requesting cancellation.
- If canceled 48 hours in advance, the tour will be refunded, minus $65 per person, per tour.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Custom group bookings (ten or more participants) and promotional priced tours are non-refundable upon booking confirmation.
- Evolution Expeditions reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather or unsafe conditions, in which case the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund issued.
- All participants must sign a Release of Liability Waiver and Declaration of Fitness prior to the tour.
