## How to Make Your Trip More Enjoyable
Meet us at the Rainbow Springs Headsprings State Park - 30 minutes prior to your tour time. It is located at 19158 SW 81st Place Rd. Dunnellon, FL 34432
. Pack light, as space in the kayak is limited. Because our kayaks are sit-on-top boats, all gear that you do not want wet should be in a small dry bag.
Please note that we launch our boats from a dock. Your feet or person may get wet during the launch process, so please plan footwear accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
# Guest Tour Cancellations
**Guided kayak trips must be cancelled no less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour start time to be eligible for a full refund.** Cancellations within a 48 hour window will be re-booked to a future time. No call no shows will not be eligible for a refund or to re-book once the scheduled tour time has past.
# Weather Cancellations
Tours depart rain or shine, so please arrive prepared with a poncho or raincoat. If lightning is reported within 5 miles of the launch area, your tour guide will postpone or cancel the trip, depending on weather reports. If the trip is cancelled by Rainbow Springs Adventures for any reason (including weather), a full refund will be issued. If lighting is not detected, but the guest decides to postpone, the trip will be re-booked to a future time.
# Re-booking a Trip
Trips eligible to be re-booked may be scheduled up to one year out from the original departure date.
