- Single Kayaks - Must be 14 years old +
- Weight limit for Single or Tandem Kayak - 400lbs
- Minimum age to participate is 5 years old

**All participants must complete a waiver.**
**Address** - 86 Helmsman Way, Hilton Head, SC, 29928
**Arrive** - 15 Minutes Prior (There are NO REFUNDS for being late, so plan ahead!)
**Meeting spot** - Palmetto Bay Marina - We are in the same building as Black Marlin Restaurant on the far LEFT side.
**To Bring** - Anything for comfort (drinks, snacks, sunglasses, hats, etc)
**What to Wear** - Dress for the weather! People usually wear beach/sporty attire.
**CANCELLATIONS** - Within 48 hours of your tour, NO REFUNDS are given for any cancellations.

Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to scheduled activity. All of our activities have limited availability so absolutely no refunds are available within 48 hours. Tours leave on time and no refunds are given if you miss your trip.
Purchasing **Trip Protection** grants the ability to cancel or rebook your trip up to just 12 hours prior.
In the event of inclement weather it is up to the captain or guide to make a determination based on safety. If we cancel an activity we will provide a full refund.
