Booking Notes

Please check in at the Museum and Visitor Centre Desk, at least 15 minutes prior to your tour.

Ensure your waiver is filled out prior to arrival.

Ensure you bring sun safe clothing, water and sunscreen.

Tours may be cancelled the morning of the tour if weather is not safe to continue. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as we can, if this is the case.

Cancellation Policy

###Tour Content, Age Restrictions & Behaviour
- Age limits apply to all tours. Check specific requirements online. ID may be requested.
- No refunds for incorrectly booked tours or underage attendees.
- Smoking and alcohol are not permitted. Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.

###Cancellation & Tour Conditions
- Refunds and reschedules are permitted with more than 48 hours notice before the tour time, *minus a 10% admin fee*. No refunds or reschedules within 48 hours of the tour time.
- Tours can be cancelled if weather is deemed unsafe - this can happen the morning of the tour. Full refunds or reschedules will be offered if the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions.
- Wear appropriate clothing you can get wet in and be sun safe.

###Minimum Bookings & Photography
- Tours require at least 6 guests. If minimum isn't met by 1:00pm on the day before the tour, we'll offer a refund or reschedule.
- Q Station is not liable for loss of income or funds due to cancellations.
- Taking your belongings on the kayak comes at your own risk, as does leaving any belongings with staff. Q Station can provide 15L dry bags.
