FOR DOWNTOWN CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS & OTHER GUESTS:
After disembarking your cruise ship, please proceed to the shelter at Cruise Berth 3. The Green Roof shelter is on the dock next to the "Visitors Information - Restrooms" building and Sockeye Sam's Store. 425 Water Street.
(NOTE: this is not the berth 2 Visitors Center).
The map and photos attached make this easy to find. The walk is approximately 2-6 minutes depending on which pier you are docked. Our driver will be present 15 minutes before all departures holding a Yellow sign that says "Ketchikan Zodiac Boat Adventure."
FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS ARRIVING AT THE MILL AT WARD COVE:

This tour Does NOT currently provide transportation to/from Ward Cove.
After disembarking your cruise ship, please proceed to the brick building "The Mill at Ward Cove." Proceed through the building to the right to the shuttle buses. It's about a 15 minute shuttle bus ride from Ward Cove to cruise berth 4 downtown. Then about a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk to berth 3 where we meet our tours.
If you are aboard the Bliss or the Encore you can take our 0800 departures, we host guests with that itinerary every week, you just need to know to allocate the extra travel time and get moving early.

*Remember to turn off airplane mode when you pull into port to aid in communication should there be any delays or should any issues arise the day of your excursion. Some wireless users may need to enable roaming on their phone, but US wireless users should not receive roaming charges in Ketchikan.
**What to prepare for:**
Please dress for the temperatures on the day of your trip. The best advice for gearing up for any excursion along your cruise is to bring layers. Quick dry material is always better than blue jeans.
We provide rain bibs, waterproof jackets, boots, gloves and dry bags for this excursion.
Warm hats and scarves are great options to bring with you when traveling to Alaska.
We recommend you wear clothing that would be appropriate for outdoor hiking.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at time of online booking. Cancellations due to weather are rare, but are at the sole discretion of Ketchikan Kayak Co. If you miss your tour due to ship schedule changes (e.g. if your ship is late or skips this port) or we cancel due to weather, you will immediately receive a full refund. Also if you cannot take your cruise or are not physically able to be here in Ketchikan for the tour we will issue you a full refund.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days of tour date receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of tour are not eligible for a refund unless we are able to resell the seats.
