- 2-3 Days*
- Core Hours: 10am-4pm
*HOWEVER; we strive to give you the best possible conditions for a nature-powered Action Experience on a limited timeframe!
So we might adjust these hours if the Conditions dictate so, and the group is flexible!*

**The 3rd Day is Optional, but we highly recommended this for those who are available locally in the week after the course; to really get going on the board!
It will be held in one of the Weekdays following the Course Weekend; The exact Time and Place for it will be decided after a Forecast Check on the 2nd Day of the Course.*
ABOUT
During a Weekend, you will learn the Basics of Kitesurfing.
There will be some theory but mostly practice in flying the kite in the water/on the beach.
We aim to deliver a **SAFE** and **FUN** weekend for all participants, and inspire you to maybe start a new hobby 🙂

The Objective of our Curriculum is to give Participants the **Basic Skills** and **Knowledge** to be able to co-dependently (=on your own with a partner) continue your Kite Career in a Safe Manner after completion 🫡
PROGRAM
The main themes of the course are:

- Evaluation of Conditions and Spot
- Rigging
- **Safety**
- **Kite Control**
- **Wind Window** - understanding how the kite flies and generates power
- **Launching** and **Landing**
- **Bodydragging** - getting around in the water *without* the board
- **Waterstart** - getting up on the board

We can give the whole course in English.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Not everyone manages to ride properly on the board during a 2-day Course! This is normal!
- **Wind Conditions** and **Personal Learning Curve** will determine how much kite*boarding* one will be able to do during the course
- As in all Nature Sports with Consequences, we make use of the **Buddy System** for safety. This means that we will pair you up with a partner for most of the Lessons. Kitesurfing is much more social than Regular Surfing; you should be able to assist other Kiters since you most definitely will need assistance yourself from time to time! Please come with a sharing mindset and prepared to **alternate** between the roles of Assistant & Pilot 👫👩‍✈️🙂

#We Provide:
- All kitesurfing gear (kite, harness, board)
- Helmet
- Wetsuit (if you have checked off for this)

We bring all the necessary kite equipment, but if you have already bought your own equipment, please bring it with you so we can teach you how to use your own gear.
