Listen to the Sounds of Kryptic Bunny Tales on Bayou Caddy
Hop on down to Bayou Caddy to hear the fractured fairy tale of Peter Rabbit if you dare! Hear the disturbing legend as we sail through the back bayou’s of the Mississippi Sound. Enjoy the hour long ride with hot chocolate or beer. Tickets are $400 for 1 hour and $600 for 2 hours. Two hour tour includes behind the scenes with Mystic Molly. Enhance your experience with food and wine. Ages 9 and up are permitted on the ghost boat with parent written consent. Tour Runs April 15-April 16th 2022

There are 2 Central Avenues in the bay so please look at your GPS and make sure your ending destination is too water and not a landlocked parking lot. If for some reason you go the the wrong Central Avenue, plug in Silver Slipper Casino and follow the directions directly below from Lakeshore and Beach Boulevard
The Ghost Boat is located at a private marina on a dark road which is now permanently closed except for our tours. Our address is 6160 Central Ave, Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, 39520. We are approximately ½ mile from Beach Boulevard, and The Silver Slipper Casino. Take a right on Lakeshore, and left onto Central Avenue. Central Avenue is not marked so this is where the GPS comes in handy if you are using google most but not all of the time. If you go over the railroad tracks coming from Beach Boulevard, you have gone too far. Turn around and come back.
When you get here:
You will come to a green house at the end. The Gate will say closed but indeed, we are open. Please wait at the gate. We are approximately 1/2 mile from Beach Boulevard off, of Lakeshore, near the Silver Slipper Casino. When you arrive at the gate, please wait for the gatekeeper to open the gate. We may be out on a tour so we appreciate your patience.
From New Orleans: East on 1-10, exit 2, take 607S and follow GPS directions to Central Ave and the Mystic Ghost Ride Sign.
From Biloxi: West on 1-10, exit 13, take 603 South and follow the GPS to Central Ave. Look for the Mystic Ghost ride Sign.
From Biloxi Scenic Route: US- 90 West Beach Boulevard, Go left after crossing the bridge. Continue on Beach Boulevard into Waveland and The Silver Slipper. Right on Lakeshore, and left on Central Ave at The Mystic Ghost Ride Sign
From Bay Saint Louis: From Beach Boulevard into Waveland and The Silver Slipper. Right on Lakeshore, and left on Central Ave at The Mystic Ghost ride Sign
Bring jackets, blankets, HotHands, or a rain jacket. On a winters eve it can get chilly out on the water.
Yes there are cows, and yes, it is creepy. You are at the right place. Please be patient and wait for the gatekeeper to open the gate. We may be on a tour so please only text us if at (228) 363-9533. We will be touring so we will not be answering the phone. We of course are available to speak to you prior to 6PM.
