To ensure the highest quality and punctuality of the service, please note the following:
The meeting point is at our Gimbus Experience Point, located in Viale Geno 12, Como.

The check-in process starts 15 minutes before the boat departure and closes 5 minutes prior. Please make sure to show up between this time frame.

Please be aware of the following:
- Passengers arriving after check-in closes will be considered no-shows and will not be allowed to join the tour;
- If arriving in Como by car, please be aware that parking near the meeting point is limited and it may take some time to find a spot. We kindly recommend arriving in the city at least one hour before the scheduled meeting time;
- Unfortunately no bathroom is available at the meeting point;
- Please note: there is no space on the boat for strollers and wheelchars (even foldable ones), and can't be left at the meeting point.
