We depart directly from Ka'anapali Beach behind Whalers Village.
Please look for the yellow umbrellas that say “SNORKEL TOUR.” Our crew will meet you there and guide you to the vessel for boarding.
Boarding takes place directly from the beach and requires walking through shallow ocean water to the vessel.
Check-in is required 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Our vessels leave promptly at the published departure times.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS THE BOAT.
What to Expect:
This is an adventure raft tour traveling approximately 8 miles across the Auʻau Channel to the island of Lānaʻi aboard our 32-foot adventure raft Nalu.
The trip includes two snorkel stops, each approximately 45 minutes, at locations selected by the captain based on ocean conditions. Possible snorkel sites include:
• Shark Fin
• Manele Bay
• Club Lānaʻi
• The Lānaʻi shipwreck
Dolphins are frequently seen along the way, and our crew will share stories and information about the islands during the trip.
After snorkeling, our crew will provide fresh pineapple, water, and Hawaiian juices.
Important Requirements
This tour involves open ocean snorkeling and a high-speed raft ride and is not suitable for everyone.
Participants must:
• Be comfortable swimming in open ocean water
• Be physically able to climb back aboard the vessel using a diver ladder
• Be in good physical condition for an adventure raft ride
• Be able to board the vessel from the beach through ocean water
Guests who do not meet these requirements may be denied participation and will receive a refund minus a 25% fee.
Important Information
• For your comfort, please apply sun protection prior to boarding the vessel.
• For the health and safety of everyone on board, smoking is not permitted on the vessel.

• Motion sickness medication if you are prone to seasickness

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Lanai Snorkel Safari
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
Reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time may receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee and any online booking fees.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@lanaisnorkelsafari.com. The time the email is received will determine eligibility based on the 72-hour cancellation window.
Reservations that are rescheduled or modified at the request of the guest forfeit their right to a refund.
Guests who miss their departure time or fail to arrive for check-in will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.

The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. Please review the following health and safety requirements before your tour.
This tour involves open ocean conditions and a high-speed adventure raft ride. Participants must be in good physical condition and comfortable in the ocean.
Guests must:
• Be comfortable swimming in open ocean water
• Be physically able to climb back aboard the vessel using a diver ladder
• Be able to board the vessel from the beach by walking through shallow ocean water
• Be able to hold onto safety handholds during high-speed vessel operation
This tour may not be suitable for individuals with:
• Back, neck, or joint injuries
• Serious medical conditions
• Recent surgeries
• Limited mobility
• Pregnancy
For safety reasons, participation may be denied by the captain or crew if a guest appears physically unable to safely participate in the tour.
Guests who are denied participation due to safety concerns will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
Guests are responsible for following all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times while on board the vessel and in the water.
For the health and safety of everyone on board, smoking is not permitted on the vessel.
Guests who appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied participation for safety reasons.
