Booking Notes

Our boats are stored at 208 Burtwood Acres Road, Jasper, AL 35503. This is a residence with a long paved driveway. Please park in the spot on the left when you arrive at the house. We will meet you there to assist with your items and ensure you have a smooth start to your boating adventure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted 14 or more days before your rental date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your rental date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date will forfeit all (100%) of the rental cost. NO SHOWS will be charged for the entire amount of the booking on the renter’s credit card. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@smithlakerentalboats.com. The time/date on the email we receive will govern the cancelation time/date.
