Thank you for booking a cruise with Canal Club.

Please arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can start the cruise smoothly.

If you have added a drinks package, the beverages will be prepared on board for your group. Additional drinks may also be available during the cruise.

In case of rain or colder weather, we will sail with a covered boat to ensure a comfortable experience.

We are available daily between 08:00 and 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

In case of severe weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances, Canal Club reserves the right to reschedule the cruise or provide a suitable alternative.

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
