☐ Fire pits, barbecues, candles, sparklers, or any flame-producing products
☐ Glitter or confetti
☐ Mylar balloons
Important Arrival Information
Please arrive with your entire group 15 minutes prior to your scheduled charter departure time.
This allows sufficient time for:
• Bathroom break
• Parking
• Boarding and seating
• Any final questions
*Please note that charter time begins at the scheduled reservation time and cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Guests are welcome to coordinate directly with either chef regarding availability, menu selections, dietary restrictions, and delivery timing. Of course, you are also welcome to arrange catering through any provider of your choosing.
Dock-and-Dine Options
Newport Harbor is home to multiple waterfront "Dock-and-Dine" restaurants. With advance dock space reservations (arranged by the charterer), you can either have food and drinks brought dockside to enjoy onboard, or time the end of your charter to drop off right at the dock for your lunch or dinner reservation.

Please note: dock space must be reserved in advance by the charterer directly with the restaurant, and drop-off timing should be coordinated with our team ahead of your charter date. If you'd like help securing a dock reservation, please reach out to our team — docks fill up ahead of time, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Bringing Your Dog
We love furry first mates, but all pets must be pre-approved by the Port & Proper team prior to your charter.
Requirements:
• Under 20 pounds preferred
• Friendly and well-behaved
• Any damage caused by a pet will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel your charter more than 14 days before your scheduled departure, we'll issue a credit for the full amount toward a future charter. Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date are not eligible for a credit.
