About this Tour
- Our 4 Hour Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise explores the calm, protected waters and rugged coastline of Resurrection Bay.

#CHECK-IN & DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Please check in **one hour prior to cruise departure**. Check-in is located inside the Harbor 360 Hotel for your **4-Hour Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise**, at 1412 4th Avenue, Seward AK.
Public parking in Seward can fill up, please allow for extra time to find parking in the North or South Harbor Parking Lots run by the city of Seward. Parking is $10 for the entire day to be paid at the parking lot kiosk at the time of arrival.
Major Marine is not responsible for guest parking tickets. Major Marine offers a complimentary shuttle from various locations around Seward, to add the shuttle to your reservation please call 907-224-8030 at least 24 hours prior to your cruise.
Once your tour is arranged, we will contact you. Your check in time will be **1 Hour Prior to Your Departure Time. Please be at the 360 Hotel Major Marine front desk by 11:30AM**. You will check in at the Harbor 360 Hotel office at **1412 4th Ave, Seward, AK**. Your Cruise departure time is **12:30am**.

**If you are driving from Anchorage:**
Take the Seward Highway (Hwy 1) south along the Turnagain Arm. Shortly after Portage, you will enter the Kenai Peninsula. Hwy 1 will turn into Hwy 9 at the Kenai/Soldotna & Homer Junction. Follow the signs to Seward. Seward is 130 miles south of Anchorage. Allow at least 3 hours of driving time due to increased summer traffic on the highway.
**Upon arriving in Seward** ,Turn left onto Port Avenue and then take your first right on 4th Avenue. Our Harbor 360 Hotel office is located in the lobby of the blue hotel on your left, located at 1412 4th Avenue. Continue for two blocks on 4th Avenue to reach our South Harbor Office, located at 1302 4th Avenue. Pay parking is available at the 72-hour public parking lots across 4th Avenue from Harbor 360 Hotel and 1/2 block from our South Harbor Office.
**If you are arriving by Train**
A Major Marine Tours representative will greet you at the depot and direct you to your check-in location. Passengers on the 6 Hour Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise (departing at 11:30) can walk 1/2 block south on 4th Ave. to check in at the Harbor 360 Hotel Office. Passengers on the 5 Hour Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise (departing at 12:00) can board the Major Marine Tours shuttle at the depot for a two block bus ride to the South Harbor Office.
**If you are arriving by Cruise Ship**
The Seward Cruise Ship Terminal is located 0.6 miles from Harbor 360 Hotel and 0.8 miles from our South Harbor Office. A complimentary Major marine Tours shuttle will make continuous loops between Harbor 360 Hotel, the South Harbor office, and the Cruise Ship Terminal. Transfers are scheduled for 8:30 a.m., however, the shuttle will begin running at 7:30 a.m. and will continue until all cruise guests have disembarked.
*Passengers **arriving by train and cruising** on the 6 Hour Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise will have enough time to board the cruise if they proceed directly to the Major Marine Tours check-in office from the Railroad Depot.

If you have any questions about this reservation and are unable to contact the operator (Major Marine), please give us a call at (907)331-3113. We would be glad to help. You can also come out and visit us at our Campground in Lowell Point and enjoy the bay view from the covered deck of our cafe and office. Sea Otters are frequently seen feeding on the mussel beds which are visible at low tide; during the salmon season, salmon can also be seen jumping in this area. Onshore the trees play host not only to such small creatures as squirrels but we have several Bald Eagles that use this area as their hunting ground.
In addition to operating as a booking agent for several local lodging accommodations and activities tour companies, we personally offer RV parking, fishing charters, sight seeing charters, boat/motor rentals, guided sea kayak adventures, kayak lessons, kayak rentals and water taxi service to destinations in Resurrection Bay and the Kenai Fjords National Park. Miller’s Landing also provides reservation services for booking the Alaska Railroad, Kenai Fjords Wildlife and Glacier Tours, Dog Sled Tours, Flight Seeing Tours and Horseback riding. We also extend this booking service to cover third party lodging accommodations such as Seward area cottages, bed and breakfasts, and hotels. **We are your one stop shop to make your stay in the Seward area an experience of a lifetime.**
Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CHANGE POLICY of Major Marine Tours
Cruise-only reservations are refundable up to 72 hours prior to your cruise departure and are non-refundable within 72 hours. A 3% credit card processing fee will be retained for cancellations.
Reservation date may be changed once, free of charge, up to 48 hours prior to departure. Any subsequent change is subject to a $15 per person re-booking fee. Tickets not used at the time of sailing (no-show) are completely non-refundable and may not be used on any other sailings.
At the discretion of the Coast guard-certified captain, Major Marine Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-route cruises based on weather or other conditions. If the route of the full-day tour is limited to the confines of Resurrection Bay, Major Marine Tours will issue a partial refund. Please take precautions if concerned about seasickness. You will be advised of seas conditions at check-in.
