This tour is the perfect way to stay dry and view the wild manatees of the Kings Bay Wildlife Refuge.
Hop aboard our US Coast Guard certified vessel where you will join your Master Captain to embark on a journey into the Kings Bay refuge waters. On this tour, you and the group will join us for one of the most memorable experiences of a lifetime!
During this trip we will search for our world famous wild manatees that give Crystal River the title of "The Manatee Capital of the World." There is also a chance to see many other species of birds, turtles, and even a dolphin every now and then so be on the lookout for the impressive variety of wildlife that calls the refuge "home".

This is a wildlife tour. While we do see manatee on every tour, we never use the word guarantee because Mother Nature reigns supreme. Conditions vary daily, tour by tour, and can never be predicted. Daily conditions vary seasonally with things like weather, tides, and crowds. You can always call us and ask us what conditions you can expect, and will do the best to set your expectations. At the end of the day, we are dedicated to your experience and ensure we do the best to provide a safe, fun, and memorable trip!!
**IMPORTANT**
For this Manatee Viewing Cruise, you will be meeting us at our gift shop, located in downtown Crystal River.
We kindly ask guests to arrive at **least twenty minutes prior to the start of your scheduled tour time**. This allows for a smooth and timely departure, as **we will be leaving our location five minutes before your scheduled tour time.**
You will park your car in the designated car area of the parking lot. There are many parking options available to the you, either on the main street of citrus avenue, or the gravel lot located behind our building.
Once you have parked, please make your way into the gift shop to find one of our associates. When you have confirmed your arrival with an Explorida Team member, please feel free to use our facilities and browse around our shop until it is time for your departure. While you’re waiting, don’t forget to take a photo Infront of our Manatee Mural!
Five minutes before your tour is to begin, we will be gathering each guest onto our passenger bus, where your driver will escort the group to the Marina. From there you will be introduced to your Master Captain of the day and board our US Coast Guard vessel.
**Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our tours, we will be leaving promptly on time. The bus runs on a predetermined schedule to maintain operational efficiency. If you do not arrive in the scheduled time frame for your excursion, you may speak with an associate to possibly move your booking to a different time.**

Cancellation Policy
**Cancelation Policy**
Due to limited seating, we request that you process any/all cancellations at least 3 days prior to your scheduled tour. Guests who process cancellations at least 3 days prior to ‘any’ scheduled tour will receive full reimbursement.
3 Day Notice = 100% Refund
2 Day Notice = 50% Refund
Any cancelation requested less than 24 hours may receive a gift certificate or option to one free rebooking. If any guest requires multiple rescheduling due to failure to arrive, a rebooking fee will be applied.
**In the event that we are required to cancel due to bad weather conditions, boat issues, or other circumstances beyond our personal control, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule “or” receive full reimbursement.**
