Come and join us every morning for a fantastic diving experience! We've got two amazing dives lined up for you. The first one takes you to a captivating wreck that lies 60-70 feet (18-21 meters) beneath the surface. After that, we'll explore a vibrant reef that ranges from 30-60 feet (10-18 meters) deep. Our staff absolutely loves diving at wrecks like C-One, Army Tanks, and Conception. And when it comes to reefs, Deep Trench and Fantasy are their top picks. So, get ready for an unforgettable underwater adventure with us!

Gear needs
Certified divers need BCD, Regulator, Wetsuit, Mask/Snorkel/Fins, Tanks. Dive computers recommended. Rental gear available.
Boat amenities
Rinse cooler for camera equipment, fresh water shower, dive ladder. Boat is equipped with safety equipment such as oxygen, first aid, life vests, fire extinguishers, VHF radio. All captains are licensed by United States Coast Guard.
What to bring
Bathing suit, towel, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, refreshments, snacks, and personal items.
Sunscreen
Please use a waterproof, environmentally friendly sunscreen and apply it prior to arriving to increase its effectiveness and to reduce the amount of unabsorbed sunscreen ending up in the ocean. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
Certification cards
Certified divers will be required to provide proof of scuba certification in order to dive. If you have misplaced your card, please contact us as soon as possible to give us time to try and verify your certification for you.
Seasickness medication
While South Florida usually has calmer seas than most places in the world, we recommend considering sea sickness medication and consulting with your physician as needed.
Gratuity
• Tip your instructors and guides personally, as they do not share in anything given to the boat crew. If you feel your instructor did an excellent job, it is suggested that you tip 15% of your course/trip fee.

• Tip the boat crew at least $5-10 per tank. Generally there will be a tip jar on the boat. The crew splits the tips at the end of the day.

Remember that tips are never expected but always appreciated. No cash? No problem! Most Instructors/Dive Masters have CashApp, Venmo or Zelle accounts.

#Check-in information

Please go to Bill Bird Marina at Haulover Park, 10800 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33154. Once there check-in with the dive boat, located at slip E15. Name of the boat is Sea Mi Amor.

#Parking

Free parking is available right next to the boat. Please ask the crew for the best place to park.

Cancellation Policy

We want your time with **Squalo Divers** to be as stress-free as possible! To ensure the best experience for all our divers, we offer two ways to manage your booking:

**1. Trip Protection (Enhanced Flexibility)**
When you add Trip Protection to your reservation, you’re buying peace of mind!

- **Easy Cancellations:** Cancel or modify your booking for **any reason** up until **4 PM EST the day** before your activity.
- **Refunds:** You will receive a full refund, minus the Trip Protection fee and any processing fees.
- **One-Time Re-booking:** You are entitled to one complimentary re-booking. Please note that once a reservation has been re-booked using Trip Protection, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for further changes or cancellations.

**2. Standard Policy (No Trip Protection)**
If you choose not to add Trip Protection, our standard terms apply:

- **Charter Reservations:** Non-refundable within **48 hours** of the activity start time.
- **Private Charters:** Non-refundable within **7 days** of the activity start time.
- **Weather:** If the Captain cancels the trip due to unsafe conditions (high winds/seas), you will receive a full refund. Please note we do not cancel for rain.

To keep our boat on schedule for all guests, please keep the following in mind:

- **Arrivals & Logistics:** Squalo Divers is not liable for delays caused by flights, traffic, or parking. No-shows, late arrivals, or missed flights are non-refundable.
- **In-Water Experience:** No refunds or store credits are provided for seasickness, poor visibility, or an inability to complete a dive due to physiological or equipment issues.
- **Rental Gear:** There are no refunds or credits for unused rental equipment once it has been reserved/prepared for you.
