- Enjoy a chef-prepared lunch while onboard - all dietary requirements are catered for. Please advise us of your dietaries in advance for our chef's preparation. Complimentary tea & coffee is available.
- Our knowledgeable crew will share stories and point out wildlife such as seals, penguins, and dolphins that we may encounter as we cruise the length of the fiord
- If you wish to enjoy wine, beer and other beverages from our licensed bar, payment can be made by EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD
- The Fiordland Jewel is also available for Exclusive Hire/Private Charter - Price on Application and subject to availability

Please check-in for your cruise at the Fiordland Discovery desk at the Milford Sound Visitor Centre - 1 Milford Sound Highway, Milford Sound.
Check-in is at 12.00pm. Boarding will be at 12.15pm for a prompt departure at 12.30pm. We will arrive back to the wharf at 2.30pm.

If you are driving. Pay by the hour parking is available at the main Milford Sound car park. $NZD 10 per hour.

Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pre-payment by credit card and subsequent confirmation by Fiordland Discovery Ltd is accepted as confirmation of your Milford Sound Luxury Lunch Cruise.
All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance in the amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged.
We welcome children 6 years and above (adult fares apply)
Our vessel is a smoke-free zone, no smoking will be permitted onboard
If you have booked Scenic Cruise Only, you're welcome bring a packed lunch and we have snacks and drinks available to purchase.
The wharf timings are strict. Boarding is at 12.15pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY | 2026-2027 Summer Season
In the event of a cancellation or amendment to your Milford Sound Lunch Cruise or Milford Sound Scenic Cruise only booking, refunds will only be granted when Fiordland Discovery receives notification in writing at least 7 days prior to departure. For GROUPS of 12 passengers or more on the Milford Sound Lunch Cruise refunds will only be granted when Fiordland Discovery receives notification in writing at least 14 days prior to departure.
Reservations may be amended to another date or time subject to space and availability up until 7 days prior to departure. No charge is made for this amendment but any difference in price will need to be paid by the passenger. Please always quote the booking confirmation number when amending a booking.
If arriving and departing at Milford Sound Airport by helicopter or fixed wing aircraft, return back up ground transfers are recommended in the event that the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions on the day.
