Pontoon Boats are a great idea if you have a family or large group of people. They are roomy, stable and have plenty of shade.

• Driver must be 18 years + and must bring photo I.D.
• All passengers must be ready at the point of departure 30 minutes prior to departure time to complete a safety briefing.
• Mooloolaba Boat Hire Vessels are located at Jetty 42 at The Wharf Mooloolaba, 123 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba. (Next to the Prawn Star Trawlers & Set Sail Cruises across from The Dock Mooloolaba)
• The vessel is fully BYO for both food and drinks. Please limit glass where possible, i.e. bring cans and plastic.
• Full payment is required at time of booking.
• This ticket is available for use on the specified day and time when purchased.
• It your responsibility to provide lifejackets for all children travelling. These must be worn at all times.
• Please note, parking at The Wharf may be limited. Please allow plenty of time to find parking prior to your cruise.
• All passengers board and travel at their own risk. The owners shall not be responsible for any injury to person or damage to personal property arising out of any boat hire.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Prices and are subject to change without notice.

##ALL BOAT HIRERS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: ##
1. You must be on board the vessel at all times while underway.
2. You must not have a blood alcohol level higher than .05. Regular RBT's are carried out.
3. You are responsible for any damage caused to your hire vessel and damage caused to other boats, equipment or people.
4. Observe 6 knot speed limit in canal system
5. It is prohibited and dangerous to ride on the bow or outside the vessel.
6. Towing of Boats, Persons or Boards is illegal. Diving off boats is prohibited.
7. It is your responsibility to give way to all swimmers
8. Absolutely NO SMOKING on the boat
9. WARNING: BOATS are not permitted to approach within 200 metres of the river mouth and OCEAN entrance.
10. Boats must not be moored at jetties and all pickups must be made from The Wharf Mooloolaba.
11. PONTOON BOATS WILL NOT FIT UNDER BRIDGES. DO NOT ATTEMPT
12. You agree to follow all signage and navigation marks located in the area of operation.
13. Climbing on Roofs of Vessels will result in termination of hire and forfeiture of all monies.
14. Failure to comply with above conditions will result in termination of hire and forfeiture of all monies.
15. Passengers must remain seated while vessel is moving.
16. ALL Children under the age of 12 years of age must wear PFD's at all times.
17. I HAVE READ the above conditions and agree to abide by the same and accept full responsibility.
18. By agreeing you state that you are medically fit to operate the vessel in a safe manner and have no medical condition that will impede the operation of the vessel.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel the Boat Hire, a full refund will be provided, or you can re-book your hire.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to departure incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Any no show on the day also attracts a 100% cancellation fee.
