Important Information for Your Adventure
We are thrilled to have you join us! To ensure you have the best possible experience on the water, please take a moment to review these details.
Arrival & Check-In
Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. This allows us to complete your check-in and provide a mandatory safety briefing before we leave the dock.
Late Arrivals: To respect all our guests' time, the boat must depart on schedule. Late arrivals may result in a forfeited booking without a refund.
Where to Meet Us
Bradenton/Sarasota Guests: Our boat located at Pier 77. Getting to us is easier if you park at Floridays restaurant, then walk to the gate and ramp directly behind the tiki bar. Look for the Rum Barge Adventures signs near the boat ramp.
Hampton Bays Guests: Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for the designated dock location in Hampton Bays.
What to Bring
Sun Protection: Even on cloudy days, the water reflects the sun. We recommend hats, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen.
Layers: It can be significantly cooler on the water than on land, especially during our sunset tours. A light jacket or windbreaker is always a good idea.
Footwear: We recommend comfortable, non-slip shoes (flip-flops, deck shoes, or sneakers).
Camera: You’ll want to capture the views and potential wildlife sightings!
Onboard Policies
Food & Drink: You are welcome to bring your beverages. We just ask that you avoid glass containers for safety.
Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly on private tours only! Please ensure your furry first mate remains leashed at all times.
Safety First: Life jackets are provided for all guests. Per state laws, children must wear them while the vessel is underway (Under 6 in FL / Under 12 in NY).
